1 can (18) whole Green Chilies (chopped chilies will work)
1 lb. Monterey Jack Cheese
1/2 lb. grated Cheddar Cheese
5 large Eggs
1/4 cup Flour
1 1/4 cup Milk
1/2 tsp. Salt
Pepper to taste

Grease 9x13 inch pan (smaller is okay). Layer green chili and cheese two times. Beat eggs, milk and flour together. Pour over layers evenly. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes.
