1/2 cup Butter or Margarine
1 cup Sugar
2 beaten Eggs
1 1/4 cups (3-4) crushed Bananas
2 cups Flour
1 tsp. Baking Soda (in flour)
3/4 cup chopped Nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Mix in additional ingredients in order given. Bake in 2 loaf pans (greased and floured) for 45-50 minutes in 350º oven. If making muffins, bake for 35-40 minutes in 375º.
