4 tbsp. Butter/Margarine
3 Eggs
1 cup Flour
1 cup Milk
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1 lb. Sharp Cheddar Cheese, grated
1 tbsp. Chopped Onion
2 packages Frozen Spinach (thawed & drained)

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a 9x13 inch pan. Beat eggs. Add flour, milk, salt and baking powder. Mix in cheese, onion and spinach. Bake at 350º for 35 minutes. Let cool before cutting into squares.
