9x13 inch pan

Directions:
Directions:
1st Layer: 1 stick margarine, 1 cup flour, 1 cup chopped pecans. Mix all together and bake 10 min at 425º and cool.

2nd Layer: 1 8oz. cream cheese, 1 cup powdered sugar, 1 9oz. cool whip. Blend together and place over crust. Refrigerator for 30 minutes.

3rd Layer: 2 4 1/2oz. packages instant pudding (any flavor - preferably chocolate)

4th Layer: Top with Cool Whip, chopped pecans and chocolate shavings.
