4 lbs. ground beef
2 envelopes onion soup
salt and pepper
2 eggs
1/2 cup bread crumbs
32 oz. ketchup
32 oz. apple jelly
Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients, except for ketchup and jelly, in a mixing bowl. Form meatballs, quite small in size, and put them on a cookie sheet. Place meatballs in the oven (350º) for 15 minutes (until the meatballs are browned).
In a dutch oven, heat 32 oz. of ketchup and 32 oz. of apple jelly until warmed. Add the meatballs, cook for just a few minutes.

I use the meatball part of this recipe when I make meatballs for spaghetti, just make them a little bigger and bake them longer.
