9 eggs
3 C milk
3 slices bread (white) cubed
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp dry mustard
1/2 lb. ham & pork sausage
1 1/2 C grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage in skillet, drain; Beat eggs in large bowl and add milk, mustard, and cubed bread, stir in cheese and sausage. Put in a greased 9x13 pan. Refrigerate over night, Bake 350º for 45 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
