1 c. margarine/butter
4 Tbs. baker's cocoa
1 c. water
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. baking soda
Icing:
1/2 margarine/butter
4 Tbs baker's cocoa
1 lb powdered sugar
6 Tbs milk
1 Tbs vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Heat to boil: 1 c. margarine/butter, 4 Tbs baker's cocoa, 1 c. water. Remove from heat and add: 2 c. flour, 2 c. sugar, 1 tsp salt. Beat in: 2 eggs. Add: 1c. sour cream and1 tsp baking soda. Pour into 11x17 sheet pan and bake 350 degrees for 20min. Remove from oven and pour icing while hot!
Icing-
Heat to boil: 1/2 c. margarine/butter, 4 Tbs baker's cocoa.
Remove from heat and add: 1 lb powdered sugar, 6 Tbs milk and 1 Tbs vanilla.
