1 pkg. chocolate pudding and pie filling
1 pkg. Devil's Food cake mix
1/2 c semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. In large saucepan, cook chocolate pudding as directed on package. Blend dry cake mix thoroughly into hot pudding 1 or 2 minutes. Pour into greased and floured pan (9x13). Sprinkle top of batter with chocolate pieces and nuts. Bake 30 to 35 minutes. Serve warm or cold with whipped cream, if desired.
