1 box light brown sugar
4 Tbsp. Karo light
1/4 cup + 1 tbsp. Carnation evaporated milk
1/4 cup milk
1 to 1 1/2 cups pecans, halves & pieces
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 Tbsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Stir occasionally. Keep checking for a hard ball to form by a spoon. When ready, remove pan from heat. Let the bubbling stop. You can leave for 5 to 10 minutes. Stir to make sure there are no sugar granules around pan. Add 1 tsp. of vanilla extract and 1 tbsp. of butter. Beat by hand and drop on wax paper to cool. Peel off paper when ready.
