4 large Granny Smith apples (green)
1 8 oz. cream cheese
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 teas. vanilla
Cinnamon/sugar
1 jar caramel ice cream topping
1 can lemon lime soda
1 small package shelled peanuts
1 20 oz. sugar or peanut butter cookie dough. (I use sugar cookie dough).
Directions:
Directions:
Roll cookie dough onto flat baking stone and bake at 350º for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Combine cream cheese, brown sugar and vanilla. Spread onto cooled cookie crust. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Cut crust into squares or wedges. Peel, core and slice apples. Dip in soda and place slices onto crust. Top with warm caramel sauce and chopped pecans.
