16 oz cream cheese, softened
16 oz sour cream
1 pkg dry taco seasoning mix
1 diced bell pepper
1 diced onion
1 diced tomato
1 pkg shredded cheese for tacos
Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese, sour cream and taco seasoning mix until well blended and smooth. Put in 8X8 (or larger) serving dish. Top with chopped bell pepper, tomato and onion, to suit your taste. Top it all with shredded cheese. Serve with sturdy dipping chips such as Doritos and Tostito Scoops. v
