Crust:
1 cup oreo cookie crumbs (you can buy these already crushed)
3 Tbsp. Melted butter
1/3 cup sugar

Filling:
2 cans Eagle Brand Condensed milk
6 egg yolks, beaten
3/4 cup Key Lime juice
3 drops green food coloring (maybe more)

Raspberry Sauce:
1 cup raspberries pureed in food processor
½ cup water
½ cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350º. Mix crust ingrediences and press into the bottom of the spring form pan.
Beat together Eagle Brand Milk and egg yolks. Gradually add key lime juice. Add 3 to 4 drops green food coloring. Pour into spring form pan. Bake in 350º for 10 minutes. This is only to set the pie, it should not be cooked through. Remove from oven and chill in fridge for at least 6 hours. Slice pie and place on individual plates. Drizzle sauce over pie and around edge of desert plate.

Raspberry Sauce:
Mix together water and sugar. Bring to boil and reduce heat. Cook 1/3 and ½ cup sugar mixture to pureed raspberries.

Easy Way:
Beat egg yolks.
Mix all the ingredients together.
Pour in a chocolate (Oreo) pie crust.
Refrigerate for 8 hours.
