1 C. sugar
1 C. brown sugar
1/2 C. butter (softened)
1/2 C. butter-flavored shortening
1 C. peanut butter
4 T. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs

3 1/2 C. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1- 12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
1- 12 oz. pkg. peanut butter chips

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375º.
In a large bowl, cream together the sugars, butter, shortening and peanut butter; Add vanilla and eggs. Blend well.
In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt and mix well. Add the dry ingredients to the creamed mixture and mix together. Blend in the chocolate and PB chips with the dough.
Drop by spoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes.

I got this recipe from a friend who used to have her youngest daughter in my Together for Children group. She would mix up a double batch of this yummy cookie and keep in the freezer so she could take out a small amount to make fresh cookies whenever she wanted.
