1 16 oz. cool whip or 1 pint of whipping cream whipped with 1/2 cup sugar
1 16 ounce sour cream
1 20 ounce crushed pineapple, with juice
1 family size package instant vanilla pudding
1 package graham crackers
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Crust: Melt butter and add in sugar and crushed graham crackers (about 2 cups crumbs). Spread in 10" pie plate or dessert dish. Combine pineapple and dry vanilla pudding. Fold in whipped topping (or whipped, sweetened cream) and sour cream), Pour into graham cracker crust and chill for at least one hour.
