2 cans cream of mushroom
1 and1/4 cups chicken stock
1 large onion chopped
2 cups celery chopped
1 can water chestnuts chopped
2 cups cooked chicken cubed
1 9.5 oz chow mein noodles (crunchy)
1 cup of cashew pieces

Soy sauce and white rice to serve with it.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

Bake for 45 minutes
Combine soups, stock, veggies. Stir until blended. Add chicken and chow mein noodles, and cashews. Pour into a 9x13 pan.

Save some chow mein noodles to sprinkle on top after baking.
