1 pt. oysters
11/2 c. cracker or bread crumbs
1/3 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. oysters' liquor

Directions:
Directions:
1. Strain liquor from oysters and remove any particles of shell.
2. Arrange half of oysters in greased, shallow casserole dish.
3. Mix crumbs, butter, salt and pepper.
4. Sprinkle half over oysters.
5. Repeat layer.
6. Mix liquor and milk, pour over oysters.
7. Bake at 400º appx. 25-30 minutes, until edges of oysters curl.
