1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1/2 cup chopped sweet onion
1 medium bell pepper ( I use all colors of peppers.)
1 large clove of garlic (minced) opt.
1/2 cup ketsup
1/2 cup barbeque sauce
2 tablespoons cider, or white vinegar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tsp. chili powder
1 (8 oz) can of baked beans
6 kaiser rolls, warmed and split
shredded cheese opt.

Directions:

Brown the ground beef, onion, pepper, and garlic. Place into crockpot when done.

Then in a separate bowl, add the ketsup, barbeque sauce, cider vinger, Worcestershire, brown sugar, and chili powder.

Mix ingredients well, and then add the baked beans. Mix carefully, and pour into crockpot. Mix the contents of the bowl with the meat mixture in the crockpot. Cook on low for 3 hours or to when the meat is completely done..

Serve on warmed Kaiser Bun, and sprinkle shredded cheese. (The cheese is optional)

Serve with coleslaw or corn on the cob.
