2/3 cup cocoa powder
6 tbsp. boiling water or hot coffee
1 stick butter at room temperature
1 cup creamy peanut butter
3 cups powdered sugar, more if needed for spreading consistency
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Mix peanut butter and butter together until creamy. Add other ingredients except powdered sugar. Mix until blended. Gradually add powdered sugar until well combined. Scrape down bowl then beat for 6-8 minutes until fluffy. Use to frost Peanut Butter Layer Cake or especially good on chocolate sheet cake.
