1 or 2 cans refried beans
1 or 2 lbs. ground meat, can be mix of turkey, beef, and/or sausage
1 pkg. chili seasoning or taco seasoning
16 oz. container of sour cream or mix of 8 oz. cream cheese and 8 oz. sour cream
1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained
2 c. grated cheese, sharp cheddar or Mexican blend

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the meat with the seasoning (don’t add any water) and drain well. Spray a 9x12 dish with pam. Layer beans, meat, sour cream, tomatoes and cheese in that order. Sprinkle some sliced jalapeños over the top if desired. Cook at 350 degrees about 20-25 minutes or until cheese is bubbly. Serve hot with tortilla chips.
