2 cucumbers
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/3 cup Sugar
1 dash Salt
1 dash Pepper
1 dash garlic powder (or fresh garlic)
1/2 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Grate cucumbers, add other ingredients except milk.

Mix good, add more sugar to liking.

Add milk right before serving, because milk will sour fast in combination with vinegar. You can leave milk out, but then it's not " East Prussian" anymore.
