3 cups sharp shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup Hellman's mayonnaise
1 4 oz jar of diced pimientos
1/4 cup milk, maybe less
1-2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
a Pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, shred 3 cups of sharp cheddar cheese. Add 1/2 cup of Hellman's mayonnaise, 1 4oz jar of diced pimientos, juice and all. Add,milk but just enough to moisten to desired consistency.. Then add 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce...you may need to add more according to taste.I usually use at least 1 1/2 tablespoons..mix together and refrigerate at least an hour before serving. Serve with crackers or as a spread for sandwiches.

I think I got my love of pimiento cheese from Mom, although this is not her recipe, I think of her when I have it...mmm good!
