4 ears of corn, husks and silk removed
3 Tbsp fat-free mayonnaise
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 tsp salt
1 oz aged (firm) goat cheese, grated
1 lime, cut into wedges

Directions:
Directions:
Spray the grill rack with nonstick spray. Preheat grill and cook corn, turning occasionally till brown in spots and tender, 10-12 minutes. Meanwhile, combine the mayo, paprika, and salt in a cup. With tongs, transfer the corn to cutting board. Spread mayo mixture on corn, sprinkle with cheese and press lightly so it adheres. Spray the corn with nonstick spray and return to grill. Grill about one minute more on each side.
NOTE: I used feta but the goat cheese might stick better.
