Up to 18 eggs but fine with 14 ( depends how many you are feeding)
1/4 cup butter
1 cup sour cream
1 cup whole milk or 1/2 & 1/2
2 tsp salt
pepper
several dashes tabasco
1 bunch green o's diced
2 cups diced turkey ham
2 to 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:

Heat oven to 325, in 9x13 baking dish place butter and melt in oven, tilt to coat
In large bowl mix rest of ingredients. Pour into heated dish.
Bake till eggs are set about 35 min
Cut into squares to serve, reheats well and leftovers are good!!

This makes a great breakfast and leftovers are just as good.
Very the number of eggs by how much you need, growing up I usually used 12 to 14 eggs.
