2 cans (8 oz.) green chiles
1 1/2 lbs sharp cheese, grated (or to your liking)
3 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. flour
8 eggs

Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350. Grease a 9x13 pan. Blend milk, salt, flour and eggs. add to greased pan and sprinkle chiles and cheese over the top.
