16 oz salsa
1 small chipotle in adobo
3 avocadoes diced
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp minced garlic
¼ cup sliced scallions
15 oz chili
¾ cup ranch dressing
1 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
½ cup diced tomatoes
½ cup sliced black olives
1 bag tortilla chips

Directions:
Directions:
In blender pulse salsa & chipotle till combined and set aside. In bowl, mash avocados with cilantro, lime juice & garlic. Stir in scallions & season with salt & pepper. In pot, heat chili and divide evenly amoung six 5 oz cup & top with avocado mixture. Spoon 2 tbsp ranch dressing into each cup. Top with salsa, cheese, tomatoes and olives. Serve with tortilla chips.
