4 c. sliced rhubarb
1/2 c. brown sugar
4 tbsp. tapioca
1/4 c. brandy

Directions:
Directions:
Place 2 inches of water in bottom of double boiler and insert top pan. Mix all of the ingredients together and place in top pan. Heat water in bottom of double boiler until steam comes out from between the two pots. Turn down heat and simmer for 20-30 minutes. You can stir before serving but if you leave it alone without stirring, the rhubarb stays in distinct pieces.
