Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
3 T. apple cider vinegar
2 T. buttermilk
4 tsp. celery seeds
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1/8 tsp. cayenne

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, mustard, sugar, vinegar, buttermilk, celery seeds, salt, pepper, and cayenne, and whisk well to dissolve the sugar. About 20 minutes before serving, toss with 7-8 cups of shredded cabbage, carrot and green onion to make about eight 1-cup servings of slaw. Depending on how many you are serving, you can reserve the dressing in the refrigerator, and mix up several "mini batches" of coleslaw as needed.

Personal Notes:
This slaw tastes great with my North Carolina Pulled Pork Sandwiches recipe on page 130.
