2 cans of pizza sauce
4 cans of chicken stock
1 large onion or 2 medium
1 green bell pepper
1 small can of sliced olives
20-30 slices of turkey pepperoni( sliced in half)
1 pkg of sliced mushrooms
1 pkg of hot italian sausage
Dried Italian seasoning to taste (1 tablespoon)
2-3 cloves of garlic
1 tsp of dried basil
Salt and Pepper to taste
Garnishes: Shredded mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese

In a dutch oven pot, cook the sausage till there is no pink. Drain some of the fat of the sausage. Saute garlic, diced onion, bell pepper for 3-5 minutes. Add the mushrooms. Saute till they caramelized. The salt and pepper to taste. Add the italian seasoning, basil. Add the pizza sauce, chicken stock, olives, and sliced pepperoni.

Bring it up to a bubble, then have it simmer for 10-12 minutes. Taste and see if it needs more salt and pepper. Top with garnishes.

Serve with breadsticks, garlic bread. Buy off brand sauces, its saves you money. Freeze half of it for later. I sometimes put it in a crock pot. Saute the vegetables, and cook the sausage. Then dump it all in a crock pot.
