2 Large Eggs
1 Cup Melted Butter
1 Tsp, Vanilla **

Topping on hot cake;
6 oz, Cream cheese
1 Tsp, Vanilla
3 Tbsp, Soft butter
1-1/2 C, Powdered sugar
Beat until smooth, use as topping on cake

Directions:

Combine base ingredients and beat until foamy.
Add;
4 C, peeled & chopped apples
2 C, sugar
2 Tsp, cinnamon
1/2 Tsp, salt
1-1/2 Tsp, baking soda
2-1/4 C, flour
1 C, chopped walnuts

Mix thoroghly by hand. Spray Pam in 9 x 13 baking dish, pour mixture in dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 - 45 min, or until toothpick comes out clean. Enjoy
