1 - 16 oz can cream corn
1 - 10 oz frozen chipped broccoli (cooked & drained)
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup coarse cracker crumbs (12)
1 T instant minced onion
2 T melted butter
1/2 tsp salt
dash pepper

1/4 cup cracker crumbs
1 T melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine corn, broccoli, egg, 1/2 cup cracker crumbs, onion, 2 T melted butter, salt & pepper. Put in 1-quart casserole. Combine 1/4 cracker crumbs & remaining butter. Sprinkler over vegetables. Bake uncovered 350º for 35-40 minutes
