Ingredients:  
12 ounces sashimi grade tuna
3/4 bunch green onions, thinly sliced
1/2 medium red onion, finely diced
1 bunch cilantro chopped
2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger root
1 fresh jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
1 large tomato, coarsely chopped
1 cucumber, peeled and chopped
6 large limes, juiced
salt and pepper

You can add really any veggies you want.. It's like chili

In a large glass or ceramic bowl, gently toss the Tuna with the lime juice and lemon juice. Then cover with everything else, seal with plastic wrap and into the fridge for at least 2 hours
