1 pkg oreos crushed
2 qt. ice cream (best if in a box to cut easier)
Hot fudge sauce:
2 C. sugar w/ 1 T. flour
5 T. cocoa
1 cube margarine or butter
1 can (large) evaporative milk
2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Spread 1/2 the oreos on the bottom of a 9x13 pan. cut ice cream and place over cookies. make sure to press the ice cream together so there isn't any space between the pieces. Place in freezer. Make hot fudge sauce- combine sugar and cocoa and stir until warm to touch. Add butter blend until melted. Add canned milk stirring constantly. Increase heat, boil rapidly for 2 minutes. Stirring-remove from heat. Add vanilla. Let cool. pour cooled hot fudge sauce over ice cream and sprinkle with remaining oreos. Place in freezer. Remember to pull out a little early so that it is easier to cut through the ice cream.
