1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
2 tsp. cider vinegar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
dash of salt
1/2 c. boiling water
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
To sour the milk mix milk with cider vinegar and let stand 5 minutes before using. Mix together oil, egg, milk and baking soda. Mix together remaining dry ingredients and add to above. Mix in boiling water and vanilla and pour into cake pan. Bake 30 minutes in 350º oven.
