2 sticks butter
3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 pt. sour cream
1/2 tsp. almond (or lemon) extract
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
3 c. flour
6 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar in large bowl. Add soda, sour cream and extracts. Add eggs, two at a time, alternating with 1 c. flour until all eggs and flour are added, beating well after each addition. Bake at 325º for 90 minutes in greased 10" tube (or bundt) pan. Freezes well.
