Pork Tenderloin
Flour seasoned with Montreal Steak Seasoning
4 T butter
2 C chicken broth
2 4 oz cans mushrooms, drain only 1 can or fresh mushrooms, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Dredge meat in seasoned flour. Save flour. Brown flowered meat in pan a few min each side. Save drippings. Place meat in a 9 by 13 dish. In pan with drippings, whisk 3 T of seasoned flour and chicken broth. Add mushrooms and cook until softened. Pour mushroom mixture over pork. Bake, covered, at 350º for 1 hour. Serve over mashed potatoes or rice or with bread. The gravy is delicious!
