1 C. Sour Cream
1 C. Salad Dressing (Miracle Whip©)
1 box Knorr© dry Vegetable Soup mix
10 oz. pkg. chopped Spinach, thawed
1 C. fresh Broccoli, chopped
1 C. fresh Cauliflower, chopped
1 small can Water Chestnuts, drained and chopped
1 small Onion, chopped; optional

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sour cream, salad dressing and Knorr© dry vegetable soup mix. Cook spinach according to package directions and drain. In a separate bowl, mix the spinach, broccoli, cauliflower, water chestnuts and onion together. Combine vegetables with sour cream mixture. Chill in refrigerator.
Serve with bread cubes (sour dough, beer bread), bread sticks and/or crackers.
