3-4 lbs St. Louis style ribs
garlic salt
1 1/2 c. water
1/3 c. apple cider vinegar
1/3 c. worcestershire sauce
1 c. ketchup
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. maple syrup
1 T. Frank's red hot sauce, mild or hot
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. dry mustard
1-2 tsp. celery seed, to taste
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Cut ribs into serving sizes.
Place in greased roasting pan or casserole dish will do.
Sprinkle with garlic salt to taste.
Bake uncovered for 45 minutes bone side up.
Mix the rest of ingredients in sauce pan.
Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
Simmer, ALLOW TO REDUCE TO DESIRED THICKNESS.
Drain the grease off the ribs.
Pour sauce over ribs.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour.
Uncover and bake for an additional 30 minutes, basting the ribs 2-3 times during final stage.
