2 medium onions sliced
2 lb. boneless beef arm roast trimmed of fat
1/4 c. BBQ sauce
1 tsp. finely chopped jalapeņo peppers
Kaiser onion rolls
Prepared coleslaw

Directions:
Directions:
Place onions in 3- to 4-quart slow cooker. Add beef. Top with baked beans and barbecue sauce.Cover and cook on low heat setting 8 to 10 hours. Remove beef from cooker; place on cutting board. Shred beef, using 2 forks. Return beef to cooker and mix well. Stir in chili. To serve, place 1/2 cup beef mixture in each roll and top with 2 tablespoons coleslaw.

Use spicy barbecue sauce instead of regular barbecue sauce. Hamburger buns can be used in place of the Kaiser rolls.
Stirring in the jalapeņo chili at the end gives the beef mixture a wonderful burst of flavor.
Serve with potato chips and vegetable sticks on the side.
