2 green peppers, sliced
1/2 tbs. quick cooking tapioca
2 red peppers, sliced
1 can tomato sauce
1 zucchini. chopped
1 tbs. brown sugar
6 red potatoes, chopped
1 tbs. Worcestershire sauce
4 garlic cloves
1 tbs. mustard
4 chicken breasts
1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cook in crock pot on high 4 hours. Serve with rice or egg noodles.

Can be put in freezer bags and pulled out the night before to go in the crock pot the following morning to plan freezer meals.
