3 T. butter
3 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 T. flour
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3/4 c. dark corn syrup
3 T. bourbon
1 1/2 c. pecan halves
1/2 c. mini semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1 (9-inch deep dish) unbaked pie shell

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Melt butter in a small saucepan. In a medium bowl, beat eggs and then stir in brown sugar, flour, vanilla extract, corn syrup, and bourbon until combined. Add butter when just melted. Mix in the pecans and chocolate morsels. Mix all together. Pour mixture into pie shell. Place pie shell on a sheet tray lined with parchment paper and bake for 50 to 60 minutes.
