1.5 lbs. fresh green beans
2 tsp. sesame seeds
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. salad oil

Directions:
Directions:
Trim ends from green beans. Cut into 1 to 2 inch pieces. Cook sesame seeds in a small saucepan over medium heat until golden brown, stirring and shaking frequently. Remove from heat and set aside. Place beans in large skillet containing 1 inch of boiling water. Bring back to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 10 minutes. Beans should be tender and crisp. Drain beans and return to skillet. Stir in soy sauce and salad oil. Cook beans over low heat for about 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Sprinkle beans with sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
