1 1/2 cups flour
2/3 cup cornmeal
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cups sour cream
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1/3 cup honey
1/4 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
In large mixing bowl, combine flour, cornmeal, baking powder, baking soda and salt. In medium bowl, stir together remaining ingredients. Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients; stir just until moistened. Spoon batter into greased muffin cups, filling each cup 2/3 full. Bake in 375º oven for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown.
