Ingredients: 15-18 graham cracker squares, depending on how they fit in pan 11 tablespoons butter 1 cup light brown sugar 1 tsp. vanilla extract 2 eggs 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips 2 1/2 cups marshmallows, cut into smaller pieces and divided 3 Hershey bars

Directions:Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan with nonstick cooking spray. Place the graham crackers in a single layer on the bottom of the pan. You will need approximately 15 squares.
In a large bowl, mix butter and brown sugar. Add vanilla and the eggs. Beat well. In a separate mixing bowl, wisk the flour, baking soda and salt. Gradually add to the butter mixture. Add the chocolate chips and 1 1/2 cups of marshmallows. Blend. Scoop dough out of your mixing bowl and carefully spoon on top of graham crackers.
Bake for 10 minutes; remove from oven and top with the remaining 1 cup of marshmallows and Hershey bars. Bake for another 10-12 minutes, until cookie dough is somewhat firm. If you would like, turn the broiler on low and let the marshmallows toast for 1 1/2-2 minutes. Remove from oven. Cool completely before slicing. |
