6 Thighs or 4 Breasts-skinless
2 c. Kansas city style bbq sauce
1 c. Apricot & PIneapple Preserves
1 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Pepper
1/2 tsp. Garlic powder
1/2 tsp. Paprika
Olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse Chicken and place on paper towel and pat dry. coat pieces well with a little oil and seasonings. If grilling keep heat on medium temperature, but if using oven 350º in a shallow glass baking dish. Cook chicken about 6 minutes on each side on grill and 10 minutes each side in oven. Baste with preserves and then bbq sauce and grill 5 minutes more each side, or 10 minutes each side in oven
