8 eggs
2 c. milk
6 slices bread, de crusted and cubed
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 lb. fresh sausage (I use Jimmy Dean's sage)
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown and drain sausage; beat eggs, add milk, salt and mustard. Add bread, cheese and sausage. Place in greased casserole. Refrigerate overnight!! Bake 45 minutes on 350º. Serves 8
