1 loaf of French bread, cubed
5 eggs
3 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. fresh or frozen blueberries (optional)
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Place the cubes of bread into a greased 13x9 inch pan. Whisk together eggs, milk, sugar and cinnamon. Pour over the bread and coat all the cubes with the egg mixture. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Melt butter and combine with brown sugar. Drizzle over the casserole and then add the blueberries. Bake at 350º for 45-60 minutes.

While this recipe recommends refrigerating the casserole overnight, I often make it in the morning and pop it right into the oven.
