Judge's Oven Brisket Recipe

1 nicely trimmed beef brisket (size of your choosing)
1 jar Wyler's granulated beef bouillon.
1 large baking bag (Reynolds makes them)
Black pepper
1 tbsp. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Pat the granules of beef bouillon (about 2 tablespoons) to both sides of the brisket. Sprinkle with fresh black pepper. Place 1 tbsp. of flour in bottom of oven bag. Add brisket. Tie with closure (furnished with bag). Make 6 small slits in top of bag with knife. Place entire bag in baking dish. Do not allow bag to hang over dish. Bake at 325º for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.

Remove from oven and let cool. Place pan, with bag, in refrigerator overnight.

To serve, remove from refrigerator and slice across the grain. Save all juices from bag/pan. Return sliced meat to pan with juices. Cover with foil and place in oven at 200º until hot and ready to serve.
