11/4 c. crushed Ritz crackers
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. salt
2 cans corn (or frozen)
2 tbsp flour
1/4 milk
2 eggs, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Boil milk, butter, corn and salt. Mix together; flour, milk and eggs. Add to milk and corn mixture. Combine Ritz crackers and butter. In a buttered baking dish, place a layer of cracker mixture on bottom. Alternate with corn mixture to top, ending with cracker mixture. Bake @ 350º for 30 minutes.
