1 1/3 c. ripe banana
3/4 c. egg beaters or 5 egg whites
2/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. skim milk
3 T. vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 2/3 c. reduced fat Bisquick
1/2 c. chopped nuts &/or mini chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Grease bottom only of 9x5x3 inch loaf pan. Stir bananas, egg, sugar, milk, oil, and vanilla until blended. Stir in Bisquick and nuts/chocolate chips. Pour into pan and bake for 50-60 minutes until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes then remove to cooling rack. Cool completely before slicing.
