2 (8oz) cans croissants
2 (8oz) packages cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 egg, divided
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cream cheese, 1 c. sugar, egg yolk, and vanilla. Mix well. In a separate bowl, combine 1/2 c. sugar and nuts. Preheat oven to 350º and spray 9x13 inch pan with cooking spray. Unroll one croissant can on bottom of 9x13 pan. Pinch seams together. Put cheese mixture on top of crust. Unroll second croissant can and put on top of cheese mixture. Whip egg white; spread over top of croissants. Top with sugar and chopped nuts. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes or until golden. Cool.

Variation: Add canned fruit pie filling between crust layers. Try cherry or blueberry, or whatever you prefer. Make plenty - this will go fast!
